These are five fantastic recipes to blend this week!

Ready for autumn?

Colder nights, windy days and pumpkin-flavored everything. Ahhh, autumn has officially arrived. I have been counting down the days since June‚ÄĒ when the hot, humid summer overtakes Florida. I have a love hate relationship with Florida summers. But now that it’s fall, I’m all about the love.

Yet the dropping temperatures also mean the return of the common cold and flu.

Here’s two things we do to bounce back naturally from the cold and flu bug:
1. We drink a daily green smoothie: this keeps our immune system strong to be able to bounce back quickly, or avoid it all together!

2. We whip up an all-natural cold and flu remedy to prep our bodies for when the germs start spreading! We keep this special concoction in the fridge, and at the first sign of cold or flu, just scoop out a few tablespoons, add to hot water, and sip this yummy, soothing tea.
