This is what was for dinner!!
I am continuing to take recipes and make them more raw and healthier for my family and I.
Enjoy!! (we did!! 😉 )
1 lb of deveined shrimp
matchstick red, yellow and orange peppers
halfmoon slice one red onion
chop 1 bunch of cilantro
1 package of coleslaw
1 fresh lime
1-2 minced garlic
1 T. teriyaki sauce
corn tortillas, corn tostada shells, whole wheat tortillas
Heat a nonstick skillet and spray with cooking spray.
Stir fry shrimp, teriyaki sauce, onions and peppers.
Choose which tostada or tortilla as your base and add your cooked stir fry.
Top with colesaw, cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
(Additional topping options: cilantro dressing on coleslaw, avocado, cheese, onions, tomatoes, salsa, mango salsa)
