Cucumber Tahini Dressing…

Hello Dear Friends,

I just received this lovely recipe in my inbox from Blendtec.

You can make this in any processor…so don’t worry.

I can’t wait to give this a whirl!!

And I have a large bag of cucumbers in my fridge as I write….hmmm, just might be what’s for dinner tonight!! 😉

Oh..also tahini, veggies,… (oh you know) 🙂  are sooooo good for us!!

And yummy fresh tasting too!!

Cucumber-Tahini Dressing

Blendtec Recipe of the Week: Cucumber Tahini Dressing

Use this creamy dressing as an adornment for a crisp salad or as a dip for fresh vegetables. Its unique flavor will have you coming back for more


cucumber, trimmed and quartered
3   tbsp tahini
3   tbsp olive oil
3   tbsp lemon juice
1   tbsp agave nectar
1   tbsp cilantro
1   tbsp mint leaves
1   tbsp basil leaves
1⁄2   tsp kosher or sea salt
1⁄4   tsp ground black pepper


Add ingredients to WildSide jar in order listed. Secure lid and select “Dressings.”

To make this recipe in the FourSide jar, run the “Dressings” cycle and then press “Pulse” several times to achieve the desired texture.
