Wednesday’s Wonderful Recipes: 15 Minutes…Dinner Is Served!

Hello Dear Friends, 

These are some 15 minute dinners…easy peasy!!!! 😉

LOVE IT with our busy Fall schedule I will be putting these on the menu plans asap!! 😉

I encourage you to plan your weekly menus. You can control your food choices…healthier choices and save money. It is almost always cheaper to eat at home than eat out with a family!! 😉 And with a little organization…voila!!

Ravioli With Sauteed Zucchini

Ravioli With Sautéed Zucchini

Serves 4| Hands-On Time: 10m| Total Time: 15m

Directions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to the package directions. Drain them and return to the pot.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the zucchini, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper and cook until just tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the zucchini mixture and ¼ cup of the Parmesan to the ravioli and toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve with the remaining ¼ cup of Parmesan.

Ingredients

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crab, mayonnaise, radishes, celery, celery leaves, apple, lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
  2. Dividing evenly, fill the buns with the crab mixture. Serve with the pickles and chips.

Pot Sticker Salad With Snap Peas

Serves 4| Hands-On Time: 05m| Total Time: 15m

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fill a large saucepan with 1 inch of water and fit with a steamer basket (or fill a large skillet with ½ inch of water). Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Place the pot stickers in the basket (or skillet), cover, and steam for 4 minutes.
  3. Add the snap peas and carrots and cover. Steam until the pot stickers are cooked through and the vegetables are tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Divide the bean sprouts among bowls and top with the pot stickers and vegetables. Sprinkle with the peanuts and scallions. Serve with the sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook the pot stickers according to the package directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the carrot and cabbage and toss to coat. Add the soy sauce and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Transfer the vegetables to plates, top with the pot stickers, and sprinkle with the peanuts.

    Those look great! I’ll have to try the potsticker recipes for sure. We have a potsticker-lover in our house. And yes, I’m a much happier woman when I’ve taken the time to do menu-planning!
