Cottage Cheese & Tomatoes

You can use your fresh garden tomatoes and basil!! 🙂

It is very healthy!!

Recipe Name

1 small roma tomato, sliced
1 – 2 fresh basil leaves, thin sliced
1/2 c. H-E-B Light Cottage Cheese 1% fat
• salt and pepper, to taste


Place the tomato slices on a small plate, top with cottage cheese and basil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
